Day 1 - Ankara - Cappadocia: (L, D)
In the morning, a visit to the world famous Anatolian Civilizations Museum (Hittite's Museum) and the Mausoleum of Ataturk. Then |
departure
for Cappadocia with lunch on the way. Includes visit to the
picturesque Salt Lake area and the 13th century Seljuks Turks
Agzikarahan Caravansarei, arrival at Cappadocia. Dinner and
overnight at hotel.
Day 2 - Cappadocia: (B, L, D)
Following breakfast, panoramic view from the picturesque Valley of Piegeons and a visit to the Uchisar Castle and the Goreme Open Air Museum (the early Christian Churches decorated with unique frescoes depicting various scenes from the Bible). Lunch in a local restaurant and then a visit to the Zelve Open Air Museum and Avanos town with shopping for famous handicrafts. Dinner and overnight at hotel.
Day 3 - Cappadocia - Ankara: (B, L, D)
Breakfast and drive to Kaymakli Underground City with lunch on the way. Return to Ankara. Transfer to the hotel or airport. |

Day 1 - Istanbul: (D)
Arrival Istanbul, transfer to hotel. Dinner and overnight at hotel.
Day 2 - Istanbul: (B, L, D)
Full day visiting the Blue Mosque, the Hippodrome, St. Sophia, Topkapi Palace and the Grand Bazaar. Lunch. Dinner and overnight at hotel.
Day 3 - Istanbul: (B, L, D)
Full day Bosphorus / Asia tour with lunch. Dinner and overnight at hotel.
Day 4 - Istanbul - Ankara - Cappadocia: (B, L, D)
After breakfast transfer to airport for flight to Ankara. Visit the Hittite Museum followed by lunch. Continue to Cappadocia visiting the Agzikarahan Caravansarei on the way. Dinner and overnight at hotel.
Day 5 - Cappadocia: (B, L, D)
After breakfast, an excursion with lunch to the famous valley of Cappadocia where nature has created an incredibly strange colorful world of
cones, columns and needles shapes from volcanic tuff, some of
which are 100 ft high. Here, too, are historical frescoes and
rock churches. Return to hotel for dinner and overnight at
hotel. |

Day 6 - Cappadocia - Ankara - Istanbul: (B, L, D)
After breakfast, a drive to the Kaymakli Underground City with lunch on the way. Return to Ankara airport for flight to Istanbul. Transfer to hotel for dinner and overnight.
Day 7 - Istanbul: (B, D)
A free day at leisure in Istanbul. Dinner and overnight at hotel.
Day 8 - Istanbul: (B)
Transfer to the airport for departure. |

Arrival Istanbul. Transfer to your hotel for dinner and overnight.
Day 2- Istanbul: (B, L, D)
Discover the Byzantine and Ottoman Treasures in Istanbul. Visit the Royal Topkapi Palace, the Blue Mosque, The Hippodrome Square. After lunch continue to visit the St. Sophia Church which serves as a Museum now, and the Grand Covered Bazaar. Dinner at outdoor restaurant. Overnight.
Day 3 - Istanbul - Bursa: (B, L, D)
In the morning drive to Bursa, the first capital of the Ottoman Empire. Visit the Green Mosque, and the Green Tomb and Bursa's colorful Bazaar with lunch at restaurant. Dinner and overnight at hotel.
Day 4 - Bursa - Gordion - Ankara: (B, L, D)
Drive to Akara, visit Gordion on the way, arrival Ankara, lunch, then visit the Museum of Anatolian Civilizations and Mausoleum of Kemal Ataturk. Dinner and overnight at hotel. |
Day 5 - Ankara - Cappadocia: (B, L, D)
In the morning drive to Cappadocia, visit the Agzikarahan Caravanserai from the Seljuk period. After lunch on the way arrival to Cappadocia where nature has scoured surrealistic, moonscape shapes and where the persecuted Christians dug Underground Cities and Churches. Dinner and overnight in Cappadocia.
Day 6 - Cappadocia: (B, L, D)
Full day Cappadocia visit, including Goreme Open Air Museum, Avanos, the pottery making town. After lunch continue to visit the Naturel Citadel of Uchisar and the Underground city of Kaymakli. Dinner and overnight at hotel.
Day 7 - Cappadocia - Istanbul: (B, D)
Transfer to Kayseri or Nevsehir airport for your flight to Istanbul. Arrival Istanbul transfer to your hotel. Rest of the day free. Dinner and overnight at hotel.
Day 8 - Istanbul: (B)
Transfer to the airport for your departure. |
